Helloooooo City Bed! It’s release day 🥳 I am so excited to get this pattern into the world, today could not come fast enough. Especially after seeing all the photos come through from my AMAZING testers of their cats and dogs looking extremely cozy 💓 I absolutely cannot wait to see even more! This is a beginner friendly sewing pattern that uses simple shapes and is very forgiving, it just requires a little bit of grit 💪🏽 I don’t have anything else to say for now except my heart is full! Get this thing out there!!!! Etsy link in bio 🥰 #patternrelease #sewingpattern #dogbed #catbed #citybed

Poor Roy took a tumble from a ladder a couple weeks ago and fractured his pelvis. He is taking it easy around Pine Lodge, but still having fun! This puppy is Porter, a mini Australian Labradoodle. He would love to be your Honey Bunny! So if you are needing a chocolate bunny… Thank you to @craftyprofessor for the AMAZING PUPPY CARRIER she gifted to us! As you can see, Porter is very comfy in it, totally chilled! Let us know if you are interested in more information about Porter. This is it—the final call. Our March limited edition swim kits are almost gone, and once they’re out… they’re out. If these have been sitting in your cart (or living rent-free in your head), consider this your friendly push—save yourself the FOMO and check out now. No restocks. No “I’ll grab it later.” Later = too late. Last day to get them. Don’t say we didn’t warn you. 😌

Beach sewing getaway 2026 with my Portland area sewing friends. It's become an annual event, and It's gotten quite large. A slumber party for grownups where we stay up late sewing, knitting, eating, and laughing. We also sew all day while looking at the ocean view and occasionally take a break to walk on the beach or look at tide pools. And with all of that talking, I managed to get a lot done. I made two T-shirts, one pair of jeans, a sample blouse for an upcoming pattern, a few WIPs that needed hems, and I unraveled a sweater I didn't want to finish. So much fun! #sewhouse7 #sewhouseseven #sewing #sewingfriends

Week 2: Shorts & Leggings And we’re starting with — the Flow Leggings & Shorts Pattern. When we designed our pattern, we wanted bottoms you’d actually want to wear on repeat: flattering, high-waisted, comfortable, and good enough to show off your fabric choices (because let’s be honest… that’s half the fun). What makes the Flow Leggings a must-sew: • A clean, high-rise silhouette that feels supportive without squeezing • Shorts, Capris and full-length leggings in one pattern • Works beautifully with both bold prints and savvy solids • Beginner-friendly, but endlessly re-sewable And because we can’t help ourselves… we added an option to level it up! An optional mesh ankle insert for a subtle sexy detail, a pop of contrast, or a way to elevate a “simple” legging without overcomplicating the sew. Designed for movement, lounging, workouts, and everyday wear — this is the kind of pattern that becomes a core piece in your handmade wardrobe. ✨Because we love you... Purchase any athletic kit and you can get the Flow Leggings & Shorts Pattern free with code FLOW, but only until February 6th. All week long we’ll be highlighting shorts & leggings patterns we love — but this one? It’s our foundation.

New dog update! Welcome Jax who is an 8 week old Australian Labradoodle who did not come with instructions or an on/off switch or anything useful like that, but he did come with a really kind, gentle, and intelligent disposition. He’s eager to please and also eager to eat an umbrella, socks, fingers, whatever, really — anything goes. We like him a lot and are deeply invested in his wellbeing except when he wakes us up at 4:45 in the morning. Come on by and give him a belly rub.

Wool Touch - designed to mimic the look and feel of real wool. This durable fabric is soft to the touch, resistant to shrinking and typically easier to clean and care for compared to wool. For her coat, @majacan went the cropped route and made the Freddo Jacket in Eucalyptus. Cute and very much on trend. @craftyprofessor made the Cambria Duster in Rose Blush. She calls it her "secret bathrobe" and honestly we're here for it. Cozy and comfortable! Also can we take a moment to appreciate her creative tag. How would you wear this faux wool - long and cozy, short and trendy, or another route altogether? This limited fabric is available in three colours: Rose Blush Eucalyptus Camel We think the Camel colour would look beautiful done in something more classic, like the #octavecoat by @lovenotions Maker: @craftyprofessor professor Pattern: #cambriaduster by @fridaypatterncompany Maker: @majajcan Pattern: #freddopattern by @anceaparis
