Want to improve your conditioning for CrossFit? Start by building your endurance base.

One of the simplest ways to improve your CrossFit capacity is through consistent, low-intensity training.

The goal isn’t to leave every session exhausted. It’s to accumulate more quality work over time while keeping fatigue low enough that you can recover and continue training.

Start with a manageable amount of work and gradually increase your weekly volume over 5–6 weeks.

More time spent developing your endurance means more opportunities to build capacity without constantly pushing intensity.

Not every conditioning session needs to be hard to be productive.

Consistency, progression, and patience go a long way toward improving CrossFit performance.

last weekend @crashcrucible ❤️‍🔥

Grateful for the experience; many moments I’m proud of & many moments that just added more fuel to the fire.🙂‍↔️

Second indy comp & many more to come…🤭
(BUT, for now we rehab injury)

Full circle moment to have been supported by Josh & Hayley through it… Went up to them 2 years ago when they were competing at Crucible & I asked them (not knowing them,) if they were open/willing to coach me.🫶🏻🥹

last weekend, Kaiden competed (and won) at Crash Crucible in the men’s elite pairs division.

Kaiden has been a supporter since day one. For him, it’s more than a mission, it’s personal.

when I asked him what “for those who can’t” meant to him, this is what he said :

“For those who can’t means a lot to me. My dad was killed in action when I was only two years old, and I often find myself coming back to this phrase. I choose to do hard things for my loved ones and friends, but especially because of my father. I’ve got to show up because he can’t. My father dedicated his life to serving this country and protecting our family, and what I do is nothing in comparison to the sacrifices he made. I have the privilege of being able to push the limits and do hard things, and it is something that should never be taken for granted.”

I’ve got to show up because he can’t…

what’s your why?

for those who can’t.

Competition weekend

Honestly, the most fun I've had in a while

The workouts were hard-hitting, FUN AF and even had new movements, which made the events super interesting

Although a couple events didn't go as planned I am super proud of my efforts

It was great meeting new competitors (especially my fellow Masters ladies) and seeing girls I have been competing with for the past few years

Thank you @crashcrucible for an amazing and well run competition
Thank you @paperstreetcoffee and fam for your love and support always
Thank you @coachjeffcooper for your wisdom, support and to your family for a fun and calm weekend

This competition has put a 🔥 under my butt

I'm ready to get back to werkkkkkkkk

Climbing the 🪜 @crashcrucible

Placement is always the goal, but my primary focus last weekend was effort. This year’s Crash was about trusting the plan, putting my body on the line for all seven events, and being proud of the work regardless of the outcome.

I’ve poured blood, sweat, tears, and maybe a little vomit Sunday morning into this sport, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Effort doesn’t always guarantee success, but a top 5 finish in an elite field lets me know we’re moving in the right direction.

Thank you to @crossfitcrash for the incredible competition experience and to @kieferlammi and @prvnfitness for setting the standard. Back to marathon training we go. Onward.

@crashcrucible 2026

We’ve streamed this competition for the last 3 years, each year we’ve improved the stream.
This year with the help of @competitioncorner it was by far the best one yet.

I often get asked, since you don’t make any money (in fact it costs me money) doing these, why do them at all?

1. I get to hangout with my friends and that time together is extremely valuable to me.

2. I believe in @crossfitcrash to be one of the best comp programmers in the space and will always support him.

3. To me, it embodies what @crossfit competitions should be, great tests of fitness done inside a @crossfitaffiliates

4. As much as it stresses me out, I love real time, high stakes problem solving. I had zero intention on learning to stream live events and honestly I’m probably the least qualified person to do it but here we are.

5. Learning new skills is one of the only investments that will continue to provide a return for a lifetime.

Thank you to the team and their relentless dedication and hard work, for without them none of this would be possible.
I’d go to war with those people.

Lastly thank you to @crossfitcrash for your trust in me, it means more than you know.

Until next year! 🫡
