Excited to announce that @cycol_gallery is renewing our lease for another year. What started as a crazy idea to open a brick and mortar gallery under the BONK and @solana flags has become one of the most challenging and beautiful experiences of my life.

We’ve exhibited some of the best artists in the world at Cycol, supported Solana artists globally, and properly bridged traditional and digital worlds, all while building a culture of creativity, curiosity, and acceptance.

Because of this, Solana Foundation and BONK have decided to continue to support our journey to sustainability the next year as we build out Cycol 2.0. For that I’m eternally grateful.

I’ve never done something like this before. We were building the plane while we flew it, with a lot of lessons along the way. Without the team, none of this is possible. Your care throughout this process is something I’ll never forget. Thank you @lampwrecked @harrislobel @lowbrownative @douglasrmccurdy @whoisjackdesa @jaairo_25 and some of the local businesses and people who have become family. And thank you to @stevesweatpants for helping us launch in such a big and meaningful way. That shit was crazy.

To the 54 artists who exhibited on our walls and the 100+ artists who exhibited under our name, thank you for taking a chance on us.

To Nom, BONK, Pedro Miranda, Jon Wong, and Solana Foundation, thank you for believing in my vision for this. You changed my life.

To my family, your sacrifice and love for this space, your support, and excitement for what’s possible here helps me push through the difficult times and brings so much joy in the good times. I love you.

La scorsa settimana il South Bronx ha respirato vera energia Hip-Hop. Su Barry St. è andata in scena una session pazzesca: Crash e Daze sono tornati alle origini, condividendo il muro e gli spray con alcune delle più grandi leggende della scena.
Vedere questi pionieri ancora insieme, bomboletta alla mano, dimostra che la vera attitudine non svanisce mai. Da New York al mondo intero, la storia si continua a scrivere (e a dipingere) sulle strade.

Last week, the South Bronx breathed pure Hip-Hop energy. A mind-blowing session went down on Barry St.: Crash and Daze went back to their roots, sharing the wall and spray cans with some of the scene’s biggest legends.
Seeing these pioneers still together, spray can in hand, proves that real attitude never fades. From New York to the world, history is still being written (and painted) on the streets.
