4 years ago this was just a space with potential…

Now it’s a space filled with strength, energy, friendships, and a whole lot of sweat 💦

What started with bare walls turned into something so much bigger than workouts

This community is the reason 💚💜

Come celebrate with us this week! 🥂

January Studio Things ✨
New year. Fresh energy. So many reasons to show up. 💫

Here’s what’s happening this month at the studio 👇

⭐ Jan 8 & 9 | New Instructor Community Class
We’re cheering on Katrina & Ceara as they test out on the mic as STRENGTH instructors!
This class is FREE for all, so invite your friends, bring the hype, and help us give them a packed house. Let’s welcome them with all the love 💖

💪 Jan 11 | Strength Fundamentals
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to tighten up form and build confidence.
Steph will break down technique, breathing, posture, and muscle engagement so you can move better, feel stronger, and train smarter.

🔥 Jan 12 | 3x3 Reset Challenge
Three classes a week. Three weeks. One strong reset.
No excuses—just consistency. Show up. Sweat. Repeat.
✨ Bonus: every finisher is entered to win our Skinlogic 3-Month Essential Wellness Membership (details below 👀)

🗳 Jan 23 | Member’s Choice Class (Noon)
You asked, we listened. Tell us what YOU want to see!

🧘‍♀️✍️ Words + Movement Event
We’re bringing something really special to the studio.
Join Michelle Douglas, author of Don’t Wear Shoes You Can’t Walk In, and our own Allie Cushley for a gentle vinyasa flow followed by guided journaling and reflection.
Move. Reflect. Write. Come home to yourself.
📖 Booking opens Jan 11

🏆 3x3 Challenge Grand Prize
All finishers (9 classes!) are entered to win a 3-Month Essential Wellness Membership at Skinlogic, including:
✨ Cold plunge, infrared sauna, steam room & InHarmony bed sessions

We asked our instructors to send a 2-second clip of what they were doing right now… and it’s giving peak real life.

☀️ Poolside hangs
🍴 Family lunch on vacation
🚗 Car snacks (the fuel is real)
🧺 Laundry piles
📺 Walking pad + Netflix
🔐 Closing up the studio
🍹 Working from an airport bar in Cleveland

Turns out, your Neighborhood Barre SP instructors are just like you — multitasking, traveling, recharging, and doing their best to keep it all together 💛

So… which one are you today? 👀

Here’s your sign to plan a paint your partner night with your friends because this is the hardest ive laughed in A LONG TIME 😆😆 preferably on a trip you all planned last minute, but not required 🙃

PRO-TIP : do this after the kiddos go to bed (save on childcare) & it’s a pretty affordable date night idea - I grabbed canvases, paint & a few easels from art supplies I already had in my house!

When the stars align & the plans finally make it out of the group chat 🎉 the timelines may have changed from 10+ years ago (aka our go out time then is our go home time now 😅), but we still bop around bars with the best of em 💃
