POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Had an absolute amazing weekend with @crazychkwithaxe at the #theluckymetour in Charlotte last night! I caved at the end and got a T-Shirt. I asked the dumbest question at the table ‘do you have a small?’ its the end of the concert. What was I thinking😂.

Choosing just one clip to post was difficult. But #WhyNot has a special palace in my childhood self 💛

I admit I only knew like 4 songs, but I still loved every second of it!

Thank you @hilaryduff and crew for such a magical night 🩷

Todays was @ironcladaxethrowing inaugural Women’s Tournament and what a great turnout they had. These ladies showed up to win! It was also great to witness these ladies support each other when the other had a bad throw and/or match.

Congrats to the top three throwers:

-Hatchet-
🥇Amy Doane
🥈Sarah Woody
🥉Catherine Spillman

-Big Axe-
🥇Kathleen Wiley
🥈Catherine Spillman
🥉Karen Pike

I’m extremely proud of Amy @redshorts97 with earning her very first win in a women’s tournament against the very talented thrower Sarah. Sarah knocked Amy to ‘B’ early on and Sarah also knocked Catherine to B which landed herself in A-Finals. Amy ended up working her way through B, and landed herself in A-Finals against Sarah. And what a great match these two had!

Another great match to watch and a BIG congrats to Kathleen @kathleen_wiley (thank you for continuing to make that drive down) with earning her win against the very talented Catherine in Big Axe finals. But…Kathlyn had to go against another great thrower in B-Finals, Karen @axeyeetr.

I also like to give a shoutout to Kara for doing a fabulous job in running her first successful women’s tournament.

We hope to see you at the next tournament.

Axe the Patriarchy 2022 was a beautiful display of what “chosen family” looks like. It was hard to choose only ten photos for the first round of photo dumps — be prepared to see upcoming posts of how beautiful & bad-axe all of the people who made the 3rd Annual #AxeThePatriarchy one of the best tournaments of the year. Thank you to all of the vendors, sponsors, supporters & participants for sharing your Sunday with us. You are what makes the Axe Family. Until next time. 🗯🪓🤩
