WEEKLY FORECAST 6/8/20 - 6/14/20: Good morning, Loves! The forecast for this week is live and the card that came through for today is Black Panther whose message is all about embracing the unknown and the mystery in life. In order to do this, we have to let go of the illusion of control. This form of surrender isn't about giving up or feeling that we are at the mercy of whatever life throws our way, but is rather a shift into a space of deep trust, both in ourselves and in the universe/spirit/source and a willingness to meet each moment with a sense of curiosity and courage. This is particularly important during moments in which it seems like everything is falling apart. Black Panther reminds us that in these moments we are being offered an opportunity to rebuild, and that, if we choose to, we can create something new and wonderful and better than anything that came before. WEEKLY FORECAST 5/25/20 - 5/31/20: Good morning, Loves! The weekly forecast is live and the card that came through for today was Black Panther in the reversed position. This is usually a sign that we have been resisting the great mystery that is always present in life and wasting precious energy trying know and control the future. This is a futile endeavor and will only suck the joy out of our days, not to mention, drive us a little crazy. Get clear about what you actually have agency around and then let the rest go. The weekly forecast is live and the card that came through for today was Blue Heron in the reversed position reminding us to not get so wrapped up in self-reflection that we end up spinning our own wheels mentally but getting nowhere in the process. Instead of trying to solve your problems in your mind, drop back into the body. Release tension through movement. Reconnect with joy through simple sensory pleasures like the feeling of sun on your skin or the taste of a perfectly ripe piece of fruit. And ground any frenetic energy through soothing physical self care practices like calming breath work or placing your bare feet on the earth. 🙇🏼‍♀️👁🌍🌌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used to sleep walk as a child. Usually my parents told me the next morning what I did & it was shocking to hear how my body & soul apparently did things without me consciously being aware of it. It was so scary to me, that ever since I hardly ever remember dreams and sometimes still get anxiety at night or in the darkness. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s not because i’m in danger. It’s because FEAR is born in the UNKOWN. Not knowing means not having control. Little do we know that we signed up for not having control. Most of our life is influenced by our subconscious mind. Our conscious mind gets into a state of amnesia when we are born because this world is SO SCARY & UNKOWN that the FEAR OF BEING ARRIVING HERE causes a trauma for everyone - so shocking we forget where we come from & why we are here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We don’t know that we didn’t loose the connection. We don’t know that it’s actually not that hard to remember. We do it every night when we sleep & go back. We do it every day when we see synchronicities & people who we seem to know since forever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ALL of these signs & syncronicities are part of our REMEMBERING. Through remembering we return to love ❤️ For as the greatest thing for us to remember is that we - in essence - are the pure manifestation of love & every single soul we meet in this lifetime is a piece of unconditional love to ...but sometimes we meet them to help them remember too 👁🙇🏼‍♀️🌌❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SHARE this post to help someone else remember 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PS. FEEDING YOUR SOUL✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have to admit my favorite concept I learned in my training @nutritionschool was not about food. The food that we eat can be thought of as secondary food. Primary foods are the things that feed your soul; that feeling of being giddy in love, that painting you're working on where time stands still, that novel you can't put down, the poetry that flows out of you, that place which takes your breath away. Primary foods can also be small little details of your day. A ritual you look forward to. The important thing is to find the Primary Foods that feed you. 💜 .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ NOW is a great time to go within and realize what big and little things bring you joy. Nurture that. Share it with others and let it be your guiding light through dark times. 💡 . I recently discovered I LOVE digital collage. The world feels a bit topsy-turvy right now. But isn’t this always the case when massive shifts are taking place? The earth moves under our feet and it’s hard to know where we should place our next step. I think the key in these moments is maintaining a grounded presence and the ability to stay flexible and dynamic. Responding from awareness rather than reacting out of fear. Today is the Spring Equinox, and it’s one of my favorite celebrations of the year. Welcoming in longer, more light-filled days. Greeting the signs of spring and life beginning to blossom once again after the dormancy of winter. I did not imagine that I would celebrate this year while quarantined in my home but here I am and while I am physically alone I know that we are all deeply interconnected and perhaps more united than we have ever been before. I have been hosting Zoom gatherings daily since I began my self quarantine and tonight’s gathering is going to be extra special. A virtual dance party, celebrating the light that always comes after periods of darkness, honoring the fact that even amidst a global crisis, we can still create moments of joy, beauty, and connection. @michelle.nicole.gerrard will be creating an hour-long playlist that is sure to be epic (she’s taking requests so feel free to send those her way) and we will start the party at 6:30p PST. We had such an eye-opening conversation with Mara Mehdy! New to all things Human Design, Mara gave us the break down on each of the energy types and how a Human Design Chart works. We walked away with a whole new perspective on how we can use these tools to better understand ourselves and our loved ones.
