POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We woke up at Omandumba Guest Farm just in time for sunrise and started shooting before the day had even really begun.

From there, we went straight to the next location, shooting in 37°C heat after a full week on the road. Campaign shoots often look beautiful from the outside, but they are so much more intense than people think.

There were flies everywhere. The heat was real. Everyone was tired.

But we made it work.

And by the end of the day, we could finally call it what it was:
a very successful trip. 🧡

What we created and experienced together is taking things to the next level, and we can’t wait to take you on this journey. It turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we are so proud of what we created together.

P.S. Back in Windhoek, we spent the evening collecting frogs because they wouldn’t let us sleep. 🐸

Things we learned today:

Always bring your own coffee machine.
You never know when a café in the middle of nowhere might need saving.

A dress can also be used to clean a mirror.
Not ideal, but effective.

When there is a spider in the room the size of a small emotional crisis, it helps to have men around.

And one last thing:
Namibia may be one country, but it feels completely different everywhere you go.

In Swakopmund it was 15°C, windy and freezing.
At Spitzkoppe, it was 37°C.

So always bring a warm coat.
And your lightest summer outfits.

You will probably need both.

From shooting between endless dunes to watching the Atlantic from above. Today took us to one of Namibia’s most surreal places.

And yes, it was much colder than you might think. 🌬️

Along the way we spotted seals, jackals and pelicans and even saw whales jumping in the distance. 🐋

A pretty unforgettable backdrop for day three of our campaign shoot.

Thankful Thursday 💚

A huge thank you to Ride for Rangers, Elzanne and the team at Travel News Namibia, RMB, Wilderness, and every rider, supporter, sponsor, and volunteer who made this incredible event possible.

Back in June, our Executive Director, Kelsey Prediger, had the privilege of sharing the story of pangolins, the world’s most trafficked mammal, and the urgent need to protect them. Every opportunity to speak about these remarkable animals helps inspire more people to become part of their future.

Ride for Rangers is about so much more than a cycling event. It brings people together to raise vital support for the rangers who stand on the front lines of conservation every single day. We are incredibly grateful to have been included alongside so many inspiring conservation partners and look forward to continuing this shared mission of protecting Africa’s wildlife.

Thank you for giving pangolins a voice. 💚

A little behind the scenes of our latest shoot 🎥

We’ve been busy capturing fresh new content across our lodges, and we can’t wait to share the final results with you - especially after all the exciting updates and renovations we’ve been working on 🌿

A huge thank you to our incredible crew from Namibia, @venture_namibia @dr3w.mega @yandangiixwatasitivi @creativelab_namibia , for bringing so much creativity and energy to the project and perfectly capturing the spirit of The Bayete Collection 💙

And of course, to our wonderful models and staff who threw themselves into the fun, helped wherever needed, and made sure there was never a shortage of cocktails along the way 🍹😉

Long days, plenty of laughs, and a lot of teamwork…just the way we like it. 🤩

Grateful would be an understatement. 🇳🇦✨
Some BTS of our shoot for @strandhotelswakopmund -

Being part of the O&L Leisure shoot was such an incredible opportunity and an experience I’ll carry with me for a long time. From the talented cast and crew to the warm, professional environment, everything about this project reminded me why I love being in this industry. A heartfelt thank you to O&L for treating us so well and for the amazing meals from all three restaurants — it truly made us feel valued and cared for throughout the shoot.

Seeing the content being posted online has been such a proud and surreal moment for me. At 30 years old, this is a reminder that dreams don’t have an expiration date. You can always start, restart, or keep chasing what sets your heart on fire. Here’s to growth, opportunity, and believing that it’s never too late to go after what you love. ✨

Thank you @creativelab_namibia , @adam_smaruj , @the_queen_leroux , @aubreystyling_ , @duanfourie , @queen_mmmmm , @strandhotelswakopmund ✨🫶🏻

Also a special shout out to @sunscape_namibia for my sunglasses ! I wore them throughout the photo shoot and it went so well with all the outfits. ✨
