My destash is your gain! Next week when Love Potion Crafters gather at Love Potion Library, every attendee will have the opportunity to win this yarn and Pride pin.

How?

At our August 26th meet-up, bring in a two sentence (spoiler-free!) review of this month's book, Cleat Cute. You can also write one on the fly while you chat and craft! Each review will be carefully read by our team and the winner will have their review displayed in the store and take home this delightful hand-dyed skein of SW merino and super cute pin.

See ya next week!

PS: no digital submissions will be accepted - this is in-person only!

This was so exciting! Under the leadership of our captains @anni3.outdoors and @myrashevchenko, 13 of us hiked out to Lands End for our first Hike + Craft Event.

It was a fun little movement activity before sitting down to craft at the beach, until SF’s weather, in all its glory, soaked our fibers and we kept going!

Thanks to Myra and Ana for hosting, and to everyone who showed up ready to hike 🫶

Rumor has it, our next Hike + Craft might be in October!

Follow us to stay in the loop and check out our Luma Events.

Dear reader, picture this: rival hobbies turning lovers

💌 A room filled with yarn, tea, and one irresistibly swoon-worthy book.

It’s Love Potion Crafters Night at @thelovepotionlibrary — where we craft, sip, and fall a little more for August’s pick, Cleat Cute.

Bring your knitting, embroidery, or whatever keeps your hands busy while the conversation flows.

The first batch of tickets is almost gone (only three spots left, that’s it, wow) — but don’t worry.

More tickets go on sale August 19th

Set your reminder because this is a love story you won’t want to miss 🧶📚🫖✨

Love,
@bayareayarncrawl @fogcitycrafters @thelovepotionlibrary @afterwork_diys @creativestitch.co & yours truly @knitters.inthewild

🍹🌮 SIP, STITCH, & REPEAT: Our next night out is just around the corner! 🧶✨

It’s time to swap the shop table for restaurant tables! Pack up your project bags because we are heading over to Anahuac next Friday night for our favorite mid-month tradition: Sip & Stitch! @official.anahuac
Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just picked up a hook or needles last week, our social meetups are the perfect excuse to treat yourself to some delicious snacks, grab a refreshing drink, and hang out with the absolute best fiber community around.

📅 The Details:
When: Next Friday, July 17th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Anahuac
Who: Anyone and everyone! This event is completely free and open to all makers.

✨ What’s on the Agenda?
🙌 Show Off Your WIPs: We want to see what's on your needles and hooks right now! Bring your latest cast-on and let us fawn over your gorgeous stitches.
👜 Bag-Along Check-In: Mid-way through our July Bag-Along and hit a roadblock? Need a second opinion on a handle or a color pairing? Bring it along! Our community is full of brilliant minds ready to offer advice.
💬 Chat & Craft: No agenda, no pressure—just great company, excellent food, and rows upon rows of happy crafting.

There's no need to register—just show up, grab a menu, pull up a chair, and join the circle. We are counting down the days and absolutely cannot wait to see you all there! 🍹🥑🧶

This is what happens when two knitting communities come together:

We packed out @thelovepotionlibrary for an evening of crafting, good conversation, and the kind of energy you can only find when fiber people who love romance books find each other.

This was a collab between @knitters.inthewild & @fogcitycrafters — because that’s exactly what community looks like.

Shoutout to our host @thelovepotionlibrary and to @afterwork_diys for the amazing design on the props for the event 💕✨

The next Love Potion Crafters event is July 29th. Tickets drop in July over on their Luma — follow their newsletter to be the first to know (link in their bio).

Follow along here for more SF events, meetups, and the makers behind them. 🌉
