POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some conversations just fill your cup. 🤍

Today’s go live with @creising25 was one of them. Cassandra Reising is the founder of Reising Above Trauma, and her story is the reason her work is so powerful. She started her business after living with complex trauma herself, and now she helps people stop reacting to their life and become the author of it.

She works with individuals one-on-one, and she also partners with businesses on nervous system workshops that help you support your team, strengthen leadership and communication, and build a culture people want to stay in. Every approach is customized, because no two businesses are the same.

My favorite takeaway? You don’t have to overhaul everything. Start small, build a few simple habits, and let it grow from there.

Thank you Cassandra for sharing your story, insights, and for always uplifting everyone around you. We’re proud to join you in your mission! 🫶

Business owners, if you want to keep your employees or improve retention, this is the woman to know. Follow her on Instagram: @creising25

What a day! 🩷✨

Yesterday's @thewomensprofessionalnetwork Conference was such a beautiful reminder of what happens when women come together with a shared desire to grow, connect, and create meaningful impact.

The conversations, the energy, the vulnerability, the inspiration… all of it!

I had the privilege of being part of the day and sharing conversations about motherhood, ambition, identity, and what it looks like to lead ourselves through all of it.

One of my biggest takeaways? We don't have to figure it all out alone. There's so much power in being in rooms with women who are willing to share their experiences, challenge their thinking, and encourage each other to grow.

Thank you to the WPN team, the incredible speakers, and every woman who showed up and contributed to making yesterday so special.

Still feeling inspired by it all! 🩷

your morning reminder that you can do hard things 🧊🦋

something as simple as cold water on your face in the morning is literally teaching your nervous system that you can handle discomfort. ice roller, cold splash, whatever you’ve got.

breathe through it. feel it. watch how it shifts your whole day.

this is just a little peek at what @creising25 covers in her full Soulcial Sessions episode dropping tomorrow 🎙️

There is something incredibly beautiful happening this week 💖💖💖💖 (Not an AI post 😉😘).

3 weeks ago I was called back into a revived purpose. I was invited to join a team in the final planning stretch of the Tampa Bay Women’s Professional Network Annual Conference and Gala. This is so much more than an event. It’s professional, and it’s personal. As we celebrate this past year, it is also a spotlight of the women I have watched rise and grow by doing the work AND the inner work that it takes to get there ALL WHILE life decided to throw everyone a shifting curveball 😂
But hey, we made it.

Life carries on whether or not you’re ready for it. The people who can build anything through the tough seasons have the greatest vision of purpose and alignment for their lives. And that isn’t limited to work and business. We have first time moms building their families, women building companies, women building side businesses, and women determined to make it all work to build the life they dream of. So to talk about the journey it took to get here, AND celebrate it: is an event centered in authenticity & inspiration 💫

It’s everything we dreamt of when we expanded the leadership back in 2023. This is “The Universal Law of Intention” at work: based on the belief that what you consciously intend to create establishes a direction for your life.

I am so proud of these women, and honored to be standing in the room with them to celebrate with them this Friday. No matter what you’re working on, I would highly encourage you to get in the vibrational field of this room! 💫

Some people just have an energy you connect with immediately. 💕

I had the absolute pleasure of spending time with Cassandra Reising today, and what a beautiful soul she is! We talked, laughed, shared stories, and connected over our mutual passion for helping people feel their very best.

I truly believe the best collaborations begin with genuine connection, and today was definitely one of those moments. I’m so excited to support Cassandra and be part of her Open House this October representing Be Healthy Tampa. 🩷

There is something really special about women supporting women, businesses supporting businesses, and finding ways to bring our gifts together to better serve our community.

Cassandra, thank you for such a wonderful afternoon. I’m so glad our paths crossed, and I have a feeling this is just the beginning! 🥰

Here’s to collaboration, connection, community, and helping people BE HEALTHY for life. 🩷
