Supporting Education, Empowering Young Minds!

We are proud to have partnered with Crest FM in supporting the Inter-School Debate Competition, an initiative that promotes critical thinking, confidence, eloquence, and intellectual development among students.

At BODI Education Support Initiative, we believe that investing in education goes beyond the classroom; it also means creating platforms where young people can discover their voices, develop their potential, and prepare for a brighter future.

We commend Crest FM for this laudable initiative and congratulate all the participating schools and students for making the competition a success.

Together, let us continue to invest in the minds that will shape tomorrow.

APPRECIATING A VALUABLE PARTNER IN OUR NEXT-GEN HEALTH GOVERNANCE PROJECT JOURNEY

Last week, the team of Get Healthy Africa Initiative (GHAi), led by our Executive Director, Faysol Oluwakemi @dokitomoye , paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Operating Officer of CrestHills Media Group, owners of Crest FM @crest1061fm @crest911fm , Mr. Adeolu Gboyega.

The visit was an opportunity to appreciate him for his invaluable support to GHAi during the implementation of our Next-Gen Health Governance Project in Ondo State supported by the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund @ng_youthfund .

Throughout the months of implementing the project, Mr. Gboyega @adeolugboyega1 was a great support system to our team. His willingness to connect us with key stakeholders and individuals across Ondo State made several aspects of the project easier and helped us build meaningful relationships that contributed to the success of the intervention.

For us at GHAi, partnerships matter. The impact we seek to create cannot be achieved alone. It takes individuals and institutions who are willing to open doors, share knowledge and support initiatives that improve communities.

We are grateful to Mr. Adeolu Gboyega for believing in our work and supporting our mission.
Thank you for being part of the GHAi journey.

Advocacy Visit to @Crest 106.1 FM

The intending members, members, and Executive Council (EXCO) of @YALI Network Ondo paid an advocacy visit to Crest 106.1 FM to explore opportunities for strategic collaboration and partnership.

The YALI Network Ondo team received a warm welcome from the management and staff of Crest 106.1 FM. During the meeting, both parties engaged in productive discussions on how a partnership could strengthen community development, youth empowerment, and create a wider network of impact across Ondo State and beyond.

One of the key outcomes of the meeting was the discussion on providing resource persons from YALI Network Ondo to feature on Crest FM's radio programs whenever expertise on leadership, youth development, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, or community initiatives is required. This collaboration will create opportunities to educate, inspire, and engage more young people through the media.

The management of Crest 106.1 FM expressed their delight at hosting the team, noting that they had heard about the impactful work of YALI Network Ondo but had never had the opportunity to meet the team in person. They commended the hub's commitment to youth development and community service.

In response, the YALI Network Ondo delegation reaffirmed its commitment to building a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership and assured Crest FM of its readiness to support initiatives that promote positive change and sustainable development.

The visit concluded with a photo session and a symbolic handshake, marking the beginning of what promises to be a fruitful collaboration between both organizations.

Together, we are building stronger partnerships, empowering communities, and creating lasting impact.
