One of our favorite things about CFIH is the community we’ve built over the years. 🫶 And we’ve got a fun day planned for Friday, October 16th! 👯 BRING A BUDDY DAY Have someone in your life you’d love to introduce to CFIH? Bring them along to any class or training session that day! No experience necessary. We’ll meet them where they are, help them through the workout, and make sure they feel welcome. Send your buddy the registration 🔗 in our bio. 🎲 GAME NIGHT SOCIAL | 7:15 PM And we’re keeping the fun going that evening with food, games, and some friendly competition! We’ll have cornhole, Jenga, ping pong, and plenty of other games. Potluck style, so bring something to share, and BYOB if you’d like! Members and buddies are welcome to join us for both! Registration and RSVP links are available through our bio. Please RSVP for Game Night by Wednesday, October 14th, and let us know if your buddy will be joining us. 👊 See you there!

You were never meant to do this alone. 😮‍💨 Every story in this video started with someone looking for more out of their life. Whether that was more energy, more purpose, more connection… And what they found went beyond fitness. 🫶 They found people who challenged them, supported them, and helped them grow into a stronger version of themselves. 💪 Your environment has a powerful influence on who you become. When you place yourself around individuals who value growth, accountability, and resilience, it begins to shape how you think, act, and live. 👊 Which is a huge benefit of being a part of a solid fitness community. Buddy Day is tomorrow. An opportunity to invite someone you know who could use our support… Or if you’re new, an opportunity step into that kind of environment and experience it for yourself. 🙂 Come with a friend or come on your own, either way you will be welcomed into a community that is ready to meet you where you are. 🤝 If you’ve been thinking about getting started, take the next step and join us. Click the 🔗 in our bio to sign up and we will take care of the rest. Let’s build something stronger together. See you there! 🥳
