This week was looonnnnggggg & stressful! Many days was not feeling it but kept showing up and glad that I did! Because it was successful!

Our training was a little different from sandbags, land mines, trap bar deadlifts , sled pull and pushes !

Love the quote on the first picture and so very grateful for my bar crew that shows up with me and for me!!

I slowly started to become someone that told my clients to do all the things - mobility, proper strength training, stretching…but I wasn’t doing those things consistently either.

It wasn’t until I tried to show someone how to do toes to rings (the only skill I knew how to do) and I could no longer do it.

Because I stopped pushing myself.

I stopped allowing myself to be uncomfortable.

And instead I started to make more excuses.

I found more reasons to not strive for myself physically because I didn’t want to do too much mentally.

But the version of myself I want to be, for my business and for those around me, does better investing time and effort into what truly matters most.

Thanks for being here 🤍

Friends don’t let friends attempt 1RMs alone. What you can’t hear is me yelling “I’ve got it, I’ve got it, I’ve got it.” Don’t touch it make me attempt this rep again.

For real though, the second she walked in the gym and saw me bench pressing she made sure I knew she’d be there for a spot if and when it was needed 💙

Proud of myself and sharing for encouragement! I’ve been doing CrossFit for a little over a year now.

Since the end of April, I’ve lost 15 pounds, gained muscle, and built confidence. I used to be the person who refused to even wear a tank top and shorts! Looking back, I hardly recognize that version of myself. The changes go so much deeper than how I look—they’re in how I feel and what I believe I’m capable of.

Being part of a community that celebrates strong women and focuses more on strength than being skinny has been so empowering. I can’t even begin to imagine my life without CrossFit Sabal Park!

This journey is NOT over yet. I can only get stronger from here! 💪🏻

The flashy skills get the attention.
The boring work is what makes them possible.

Strict strength. Scap control. Hollow #crossfit #strongwomen #crossfitmom #womenwholift #crossfitcoach holds. Compression. Tempo reps. Basic gymnastics. Building positions that don’t look impressive on their own.

The goal isn’t just to do the high skill movement. It’s to build the strength and control that makes them repeatable. And injury free.

The unglamorous stuff is usually where the real magic happens.
