Training Muay Thai in Thailand has been a full circle moment for me.
Thai boxing has been such a deep of love mine for nearly two decades. At 23, I remember listening to my first Kru, Scotty, talk about training in Thailand and a seed was planted in me, I now get to water.
I have taken years off but I always find my way back. Here I am at 41, looking back at the journey and finding immense gratitude for everything this sport and the people I’ve gotten to meet and train with have taught me.
The first gym I trained at, had the motto “Welcome to your new addiction”. A sentiment that holds just as true today as it did the moment I first stepped onto the mat.

Thank you @evolve_phangan for welcoming me into the family and helping me sharpen my skills. I’ll never forget this opportunity.
