Shoutout to these reps for hitting the $100K milestone! Reaching six figures is a real benchmark in this industry and these guys did it before the season even hits full stride. $100K is the starting line. They’re just getting warmed up.

You don’t grow by standing on the edge. You grow by taking the leap.

Door-to-door sales works the same way. You can prepare, ask questions and plan it out—but real growth starts the moment you commit. Once you step in, momentum takes over. You learn by doing, adapting and stacking reps day after day.

That’s the process. You don’t need everything figured out on day one. You need discipline, consistency and the willingness to lean into the work. The skills come fast when you show up and stay in it.

And you’re not jumping alone. We run weekly sales training, implement proven systems and constant support so effort turns into confidence—and confidence turns into results.

This is for those who want more than the standard path. More growth. More experiences. More opportunity. Sometimes the biggest wins come from making the decision and taking the leap.

This is what the top looks like.

This team represents some of the highest performers in our company — guys who have been leading from the front for years. Consistency, discipline and a standard that doesn’t drop when things get hard. That’s what earned them a spot on our top rep trip to Hawaii.

A huge portion of this team qualified for this trip, a higher percentage than any other team! Not by luck. Not by timing. By showing up day after day, putting in the work and staying bought in when others didn’t. This trip is the byproduct of months of focus and effort — and it’s well deserved.

One of the most impressive parts? One of our youngest reps qualified at just 19 years old. Traveled to Hawaii completely free. Experiencing this with close friends, all because he committed early, worked hard and trusted the process.

This is why we do what we do. Door-to-door isn’t just a summer job — it’s an opportunity. To grow faster. Earn more. Travel. Build something real alongside people who expect more from themselves.

If you’re in your 20s, hungry for something different and want to see what you’re capable of when you’re pushed — this is the kind of environment we build.

Hard work gets rewarded here. And this team is living proof.
