POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you were at Bells & Bags on Sunday then you already know but I’m finally able to make the official announcement here too…

Bells & Bags isn’t gone for good—it’s just moving to Chattanooga, TN!!

We’ll be making the move from PA to TN in early October and I fully intend on taking advantage of the slightly warmer fall/winter temps to keep this thing rolling!

I’ll get the first one scheduled once we get settled into our new home so be on the lookout for some good strong fun if you’re in the Chattanooga area or are willing to make a drive 😬

I’m so grateful for the incredible humans that have joined these workouts over the years, trusted me to help guide them, taken chances at something new, pushed their limits, set PRs, and helped make “Bells & Bags” not just a workout but a strong and supportive community that has a lot of good, strong fun!

I’m going to miss the awesome gang of people big time but am also really excited to make more friends in TN!

Follow along to get the details when the first Bells & Bags—Tennessee edition—drops 🙌

Credit to @jaybickley for filming and creating this entire reel!

Major thanks to @pxfitnessclub for being instrumental in spreading the word and helping make Bells & Bags what it is today 🙏

🫶Big hugs to each and every person who has been a part of Bells & Bags over the years—you guys gave me more than words can ever say 💞

Knee pain when squatting?? 🚨

Next time you are standing underneath some weight, try this cue and see if it helps 🙌🏻

@cruxconditioning and I are partnering this month to put on a 2 day performance psychology workshop for rock climbers. This workshop will be two consecutive, 3 hour sessions. Saturday, January 24th and Saturday, January 31st. Both sessions will be from 9am to 12pm, in the Crux training facility.

I feel grateful to be able to enter into the Chattanooga climbing community and work together in a supportive way for climbers to grow within themselves.
