@crystalconey_ The FIRST Black Miss North Carolina faced doubt. 'You're Miss Black North Carolina?' they'd ask. 'No,' she'd correct, 'I'm Miss North Carolina USA.' Own your title. How do you feel or repsond to that TMU fam? Let us know in the comments below.

DON’T JUST LOSE WEIGHT. BUILD SOMETHING 💪🏽

A smaller number on the scale doesn’t automatically mean a stronger, healthier body.

Build muscle. Increase strength. Improve movement. Develop confidence.

Strength training gives you something to chase beyond weight loss: progress.

One more rep.
Five more pounds.
Better technique.
More control.

That’s a transformation you can feel before you ever see it.

DM “STRENGTH” and let’s start building.

Your body follows your habits.

You don’t lose weight by chasing perfection. You lose weight by building habits you can actually sustain.

Lift heavier.
Eat with intention.
Move consistently.
Recover properly.
Repeat.

The goal isn’t just to weigh less. It’s to become stronger, healthier, and more confident in the body you’re building.

Ready to stop starting over?

DM “START” and let’s build your plan.

Returned from Los Angeles, where I worked as choreographer on a commercial film shoot. All the moving parts of production (camera, lighting, sound, direction, movement) coming together to bring a story to life was a great reminder of why I love this work. Being back on set reignited my momentum as I return to choreography and performance coaching.

Thank you Director Sharidan Sotelo and Chinatown Service Center for the opportunity. 華埠服務中心
