We baaaack. Been a while since I last posted because I was on a 6 day strength program for the last 3 and a half months. This is my last week on that program so I’ll show y’all what I was doing Monday through Saturday. This was yesterday (Monday) the compounds on Monday are Flat bench and Overhead press. First clip was my 4th out of my 9th set at 190 for 4. With @ct__fit aka the best spotter in the game Second clip is my 7th out of my 8th set at 100 for 6. Accessories were chest, arms and back. I really need to work on my form for these two specific compounds and in due time I will. #gym #gymmotivation #gymlife #programming #bodybuilding #chest #shoulders
