CONGRATULATIONS, DODGERS!

An incredible year again. A 3-peat would have been amazing. But watching you handle the loss with grace and class makes me an even bigger fan. Didn't think that was possible. We were with you from the first pitch 'live' at spring training to the last pitch of the NLCS. Thanks for another amazing year. The Angel you see is long-time Dodger Chris Taylor (aka 'CT3'). Chris retired from baseball earlier this year.

Looking forward to seeing you February 2027 to start this journey again! #gododgers @dodgers @camelbackranch @mlb @elchino242 @glasnowt @mookiebetts @yoshinobu__yamamoto @shoheiohtani @dodgersnation @ktuck_30 @will.smith @freddiefreeman @alexvesia @ctaylor_3

Just a trio of World Series Champions.

Rick Monday, Steve Sax and Chris Taylor joined us on the field for pre-game festivities ahead of Game 3 of the National League Championship Series.

When we signed up for baseball early this spring, we had no idea another round of relapse and radiation treatment was ahead of us. Between therapy, recovery, and waiting out the crazy so cal heat wave we never see, it felt like getting on the field was a distant dream.
But today? Today he finally put on that uniform, stepped up to the tee, and ran those bases. ⚾✨thank you, coach Nick for your kindness
It wasn’t easy, and it was emotional in every single way, but watching him out there with his friends was worth every second of the wait. We couldn’t be prouder of our boy. 💙 (And yes, we had to repp the @dodgers for pre-game prep before getting his team jersey! @ct3foundation @ctaylor_3 @redturn2 standing with us 🧢)
Proof that hope always finds a way onto the field. So proud of you, buddy! 🎗️

October 6, 2021: In the 2021 Wild Card playoff game, Chris Taylor hits a 2 run walk off home run to give the Dodgers a 3-1 win and send them to the NLDS. 2021 was a big year for CT3, he made his first and only All Star team, had this moment and was given a multi year contract by the team, I hope he is enjoying retirement. #ChrisTaylor #CT3 #AllStar #Dodgers #NLCSMVP

Day 65: Chris Taylor
•
With the Wild Card round starting yesterday, had to throw it back to this Wild Card legend. Walk-off homer to send the Dodgers to the NLDS, back in the good ol’ days when they were playoff chokers and didn’t have to pay to win World Series’ 😒
•
Teams played for:
Seattle Mariners (2014-2016)
Los Angeles Dodgers (2016-2025)
Los Angeles Angels (2025)

Long post, hope I’ve got something worth digesting in these words. I think so, but you decide. I’m reminded of 4 cornerstone lessons that this game has taught me, that apply to everything in life:
1. Be a great teammate. The season will have its highs and lows, but your job is to take care of each other through it all.
2. The game is hard, and it’ll beat you up. Keep showing up. 3. Regardless of your performance that day/night, 0 for 4, of 4 for 4, remain consistent in character, because there’s another game tomorrow. 4. Everyone has a day come where the jersey gets taken from you, so work everyday to be proud you represented the name on the front of the jersey well, but equally important you represented the name on the back of the jersey well. Have a great Thursday September 24, 2026, because you can only control you and what happens today (and, you already know there will be lots you cannot control today). Be steadfast. Be true. Be loving. Be the best version of yourself, but own that. Be great!
