The Army Champs is always a focus for the team riders outside of the national and regional series. With the chance to claim the title and a great course @forest_of_dean_fe, this year was no different! Great racing throughout the day and congratulations to @naomi_metcalfe_cycles and @work_bike_balance for claiming the overall titles, whilst the age group podiums were dominated by the rest of the team riders.

Thanks to @ctrlaltcyclingmamil for the photos to help keep #inspiringsoldierstocycle

🚴‍♂️ Epic Ride 2026 — Road Edition

What a week. Met some amazing new people, pushed myself harder than I expected, and felt my confidence grow with every ride.

Took everything I learned straight into the Spring Cup, skills sharper, mindset stronger, progression all round.

Already counting down to next year.
Let’s keep moving forward. ⚡🚴‍♂️

💥💥💥💥 Fantastic progression on today’s lesson with Chris. A seasoned rider with lots of experience who was looking to get rid of a few old bad habits and add more flow to his riding. Cornering in steeper trails with technical turns were holding him back so we went back to basics. Getting his movement correct to allow the bike to move more and separate was key along with braking points, line choice and key areas on the trail where momentum can be gained and lost were all looked at in depth and broken down before putting them together and so ultimately gaining more confidence, flow and enjoyment for him. A pleasure to teach and it was so good seeing him so happy with the outcome of lesson, awesome work buddy enjoy your new techniques out on the trails!

If you have areas of your riding that you would like to improve and get more confidence and enjoyment from your riding then get in touch with us, we ll be happy to chat and advise on what we could do for you.

They ll now be able to look after their unit bikes enabling the unit to conduct adventurous training and inspire their soldiers into cycling.
