First cook on the custom Texas Elite 34 with the retrofitted @fireboardlabs pellet controller was pretty darn good. It held temps perfectly and the smoke was very prevalent. I made a chuck roast with veggies and a boat loads of sweet wings. The @fireboardlabs pulse did an awesome job of keeping track of temps. Everything came out fantastic! And was very delicious! #bbq #fyp #bbqcommunity #bbqfamily #pulse I used @bearmountainbbq Gourmet Blend pellets to impart the perfect balance of flavor with a rich smokiness that blends with subtle, sweet flavors to enhance the flavor of the chuckroast. (One of my favs!)
