@cuboulderperc in concert, playing a break from @bateria_soberana of @beijafloroficial. I am hosting the second annual Brazilian Bateria Directing Symposium at @cubouldermusic for percussionist and teachers to learn how direct a group like this. Registration is almost full! Link in bio.

I am thrilled to begin my role as Head of Percussion at the University of Colorado Boulder College of Music this fall. Mike Tetreault and Carl Dixon have done incredible work with the CU Percussion Studio, and I am honored to join the faculty as we continue the program’s exciting growth.

Steph and I could not be more excited to be moving back to Colorado! We have always talked about the possibility of returning to Colorado, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to raise our family in one of the most beautiful areas of the country! We will miss Alabama dearly, but we will absolutely be back to visit.
