Hi, I'm Mouse 👋 If you're new here, this is the short version.
Australian team Para climber (sport class RP3), learning Para rowing as my Paralympic pathway, living with MS and POTS. Found Para climbing a year after my MS diagnosis. Based in Melbourne; off the wall I'm a library technician, student and speaker in the making.
I post comp days, real training, what it's like learning a new sport as an adult, and how Para sport actually works.
Invisible illness, visible effort.
Two sports. One story. Follow along 👋

2026 NSW State Titles!

Far from the competition I wanted, put a lot of pressure on myself to perform and didn’t get the results but still really enjoyed the comp. Will be back next year better and stronger 💪

As always huge thank you to @sportclimbingnsw and @sydneyindoorclimbinggym for putting the comp on!
