why I love these post-leg day stretches🦵🏽:

• deepen my squat & open up my hips
• promote glute activation + growth 🍑
• enhance mind-muscle connection
• unlock greater range of motion for better form
• help release tension/trauma stored in the hips 🧘🏽‍♀️

✨our hips can carry emotional tension. for many women, the pelvic area is where stress and even unprocessed emotions settle. these stretches provide a release for the body and mind

i used to do 15 min on the stair master but i felt like i hit a plateau. 30 min on the stair master was a game changer for my muscle definition

what helped me tone my core while boosting my cardio:
• high protein + slight calorie deficit
• core workouts 2–3x a week
• eating foods that help with digestion
• ditching gluten & limiting eating out
• breakfast every day (tomato & cheese omelette + turkey sausage 🥚🌿)
