Thrive Today was created to give women leaders a community where they are seen, celebrated, and recognized for the leadership they carry. It’s a space where you’ll be challenged to grow, coached to think differently, and encouraged by women who understand the weight and purpose of leadership.

You were never meant to lead alone. If you’re ready for a community that will support your growth and help you thrive, we would love for you to join us.

Great decisions don’t begin in the moment, they are shaped by the filters guiding our thinking.

Before making your next decision, pause and consider:
✨ Self-awareness: What could be clouding my judgment?
✨ Curiosity: What am I not seeing?
✨ Discernment: What is actually true?
✨ Alignment: Does this align with God’s direction, my vision, and my values?

Which filter do you need to strengthen?

If an idea cannot withstand honest questions, it may not be the strongest decision.

The goal of leadership isn’t to prove that we’re right, it’s to arrive at the best possible decision. That requires us to examine our own motives, welcome different perspectives, and remain open to what we may be missing.

True confidence doesn’t avoid being challenged. It is strengthened through the process.

Great leaders are always growing. They remain open to perspectives they may not have considered, recognize when it’s time to move forward, and stand behind the decisions they make.

Leadership isn’t about getting everything perfect, it’s about learning, acting with intention, and leading well through whatever comes next.

Hear more from Colleen Rouse in Episode 118, available now! Link in bio.

The 14 Frequencies of Proximity book signing
Friday, October 16th, 4 to 6 PM
Barnes & Noble, 7660 North Point Pkwy, Alpharetta

If you are local or within driving distance, come out. I will personalize your copy and spend real time with the people who come.

Here is why this matters for leaders and founders.

Proximity starts with showing up. You can read every book, watch every podcast, and consume every piece of content on the internet, and still never build the network that changes your life. The network comes from being in the room.

Next Friday, this is one of those rooms.

Free. RSVP at growstackdrive.com/booklaunch

Before making a decision, ask yourself: “Am I trying to prove something?”

As women in leadership, we can feel pressure to prove that we belong, that we’re capable, or that we deserve a seat at the table. But you have nothing to prove and everything to give.

God has already called, equipped, and positioned you. Lead from that truth, not from the pressure to earn what He has already placed within you. 💚

Pastor Colleen Rouse is not calling in.

She is going to be in the room with us in Alpharetta on October 15.

I have been around a lot of leaders. What makes Colleen different is not the size of what she has built, it is the way she treats the person in front of her when nothing is in it for her.

Here is what she wrote about this book: "In a day where transactional relationships are common, he stands out as a difference maker."

Coming from her, that is the only review I needed.

She is carrying Honor, The Legacy Frequency, at the launch of The 14 Frequencies of Proximity, October 14 to 16.

Free online. Three days.
