Progress starts where comfort ends.

Once we pinpointed @hey.jennyong weakest stations, we didn't skirt around them. We dialed in on HYROX-specific endurance, hammered those exact movements, and paired them with longer compromised runs to build true stamina under fatigue.

If you want real progress, you have to deliberately attack what slows you down. That’s how @systema.sc works.

Send us a DM @uplifttrainingph if you're ready to target your weak links and build a program that actually works.

A preview of what we've been working thru since the start of the month. From choppy movements and no reps to consistent, accurate, and faster execution of the wall balls. We're just getting started.

My client @hey.jennyong started her first HYROX SG prep this September and is proud to say her progression on the stations is great! From getting tired of doing 5 reps to doing 15 unbroken and better pacing. We still have a lot to work on but practice makes progress.

I'll post more breakdowns of our HYROX SG Prep along the way. If you also want to get stronger and efficient on the demands of HYROX or any Hybrid racing, just shoot a DM.
