On paper, I own the gym.
On Saturdays, the gym owns me. 😂

Apparently “owner” comes with zero authority over the rep count.

Getting stronger. Filing complaints. Still showing up.

Cici, very much in progress.

In case you didn’t get the hint… no, you cannot function at your best on 4 hours of sleep and sheer willpower ... 🫣💤

Welcome to the FINAL WEEK of the National Challenge! We’re closing things out by prioritizing SLEEP & RECOVERY.

You can’t out-train a lack of rest—your muscles repair, rebuild, and reset while you sleep. Aim for 7–9 hours of quality rest each night this week so you can crush your final workouts and end on top.

Who’s locking in their sleep schedule tonight? Let us know below! 👇⚡️

A lot of things don’t stay on the to-do list because they’re hard.

They stay there because someone has to actually sit down and figure them out. 😅

For this real-life project, the ask was simple:
Help us find opportunities to get our business in front of the local community.

So I researched the opportunities, narrowed down the best fits, organized the dates + contacts, and handed back a plan they could actually use.

Research. Organize. Hand it off. ✔️

And this is exactly the kind of thing I mean when I talk about LA Elevated Life.

Sometimes you don’t need another employee.
You don’t need another app.
And you definitely don’t need another thing sitting in the back of your brain.

You just need someone to figure it out.

Health. Money. Business. Family. Travel. That random project you’ve been putting off for six months…

What’s sitting on your list?

Let’s figure it out. ✨

It's been a busy couple of months but I've loved it all! From having the honor to work with my brother @realrclark and be a part of far he's come in his fitness journey, FaceTiming with @timgrover , coaching @dutchtowncheer and @batonrougebengals, and getting to come home to my wonderful family at the end of every day @madisonb_bradford I am truly blessed!
