Hey everyone!! Little life update comin’ atcha (it’s a lot of reading but I haven’t posted in a while so here) For those who don’t know, I recently withdrew from classes at Drexel for personal reasons, but I’ve been living in Philly since mid September just trying to make money and hang out here. The past few months have been really brutal, however, and I found my physical and mental health to be slowly waning. I’ve been getting depressed as heck and life here has been a huge challenge for me. Because of this, I’ve decided to move back home where I have more job security, and am closer to a network of family and friends that can support me while I support them. I’ll be leaving some time between November 5th and November 10th (yes I just decided to move out two days ago, no I haven’t figured out the logistics). It’s been an incredibly rough few months and I really want to thank people for helping me get through what I might consider the roughest point in my life so far. First of all, I wanna thank my dope housemates, even though it was a short time, you guys made this place feel like home and I’ll miss you so much when I leave. Save a spot on the couch for me to crash on when I visit 👀 I also wanna say thank you to some of my friends from home who have helped me realize that I’ll be better off with my family back in Maine. You guys really listened to me complain a lot and I love y’all for it. I’m also incredibly grateful for my family for opening their arms constantly, helping me when I needed grocery money, and most importantly thank you to my sister who helped me come to my senses and realize there are better options. Last but not least, I wanna thank my wonderful girlfriend, @rsiemrtha, for being supportive of every decision I’ve made, and for at least trying to make me feel better when everything seemed hopeless. I’m still working on feeling better, and the whole transition is really weird, but I know it’s all gonna be okay eventually, and you guys all gave me some hope.
