This inventory I made for the fest was a special batch. I let go of some things holding me back from being hesitant to cut the gorgeous fabrics. And the results were stunning bespoke pieces like this one from a 1970s neon Indian appliqué quilt. 🫶🏼

#SundayFunday! Today was such a cool day. Mama and Papa and I were out hiking and we met @bengalventures! Mommy told me there were other #hikingcats near #Denver but we never thought we would meet one on the trails. It was nice to meet you, Merlin. #happytrails

Thank you Stephanie and JP for purchasing my artworks! I cannot wait for you both to have these next week❤️

They contacted me after the show closed if these pieces were still available and came to my home studio in Parker to decide which one they were going to take home. They decided to take both of them!☺️

Thank you for the love for my creations❤️ It was a pleasure to meet you both.

#TBT New Year's Eve 2010 at Onieal's (bar used as Steve and Aiden's bar, Scout, in Sex & the City) with my fellow tour guides from the Sex & the City Bus Tour. That job was SO much fun + the guides became like sisters to me. 💜💜

2 years ago today, I curated a show in San Antonio, that is still so near and dear to my heart. Realidad:La Frontera was a chance to tell a story, through the creative voices of my friends.A story that wove together the love we have for Mexico and how we culturally appropriate that love of all things Mexican, the interdependent and complicated relationship we have with one another, the violence created in the name of America’s thirst for drugs, as well as bringing attention to the atrocities being committed by our government at the border in the caging of children/separation of families that continues even today. How fortunate I am to call these artists my friends. Thank you for sharing this journey with me, @ekowarslonga Jesse Amado,Ethel Shipton,@andreirenteria, @pachowmycow @jose_balli @scott_martin_ @cruzortizart @weberdoerte ♥️🇲🇽!Viva Mexico!

Hill Country State Natural Area is a long drive from Austin but soooo worth it! This Natural Area is over 5,000 acres with tons of gorgeous views. There are serval miles trails for you to explore whether you are on foot, bike, or horseback. Plenty of campsites too! This is a Natural Area, not a State Park and is managed differently. They will close trails due to rain, so please plan ahead and visit their website for up to date info before going. Take some time off and go enjoy a few days exploring! 🥾🌿☀️

Reservations are highly recommended. Dogs are welcome but please keep them on a leash.
