It’s Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
Getting outside, moving your body, spending quality time with your favourite little humans, it’s the perfect combo for lifting your mood and clearing your mind.
A family ride isn’t just fun - it’s good for the soul. 🌞🚲💚

Although disappointed that our racing came to a abrupt end on Sunday, 🥲 a couple of very special things happened this weekend....this was another of them 🤗💕

A lovely visit from @dadagainstthree who had put his boys names on the roof of #AudreyTheAudi
Their huge smiles as they sat in the car (which was still warm from qualifying).. and chatted with myself and @bobbytrundleyracing were a joy to see.

"You guys made the kids year, and seeing their faces light up like that means the world to me"
💕💕🤜🤛🧩🏁
Thanks so much for coming along to support, it really means a lot to our little racing family.

Marriage is challenging ✔️
Business is challenging ✔️
Do we need to make it more challenging ❌

Remember that at the end of the day you guys are a team and are fighting for the same goal 👏

Does anyone else have any useful tips they would add? 🤷‍♂️

Today I went out to @manor_farm_fruits, I had a lovely little walk round until my little legs got tired, then I got a lift with one of my humans. I had lunch alfresco, and even met a witch and a flower pot man! Everyone was very friendly, and gave me lots of fuss!

My hoomans took me out for a ‘walk’ today. I wasnt too sure at first, but by the time we finished, I decided that I actually quite liked it! Also saw some funny looking dogs that made a quacking sound and sat in the water. Weird.

It’s just such a hard life being a puppy. Good thing my hooman is comfortable.

Nothing like a little charge round the garden - until you get scared by a ball and hide.

It’s Tuesday! So that means one thing...

It’s #ToddlerTantrumTuesday

Parenting can be hard, so let’s give each other a laugh and let other parents know they are not alone with irrational toddlers and their irrational tantrums!

Kids throw a tantrum for the strangest (and often funniest) of reasons so why not share yours with other parents. Just:

1️⃣ Tag a friend below to join in the fun

2️⃣ Head to my stories and share your toddler tantrums and I’ll share the best ones throughout the day

3️⃣ Share and save this post so you can come back later

4️⃣ Check out some of the best #ToddlerTantrumTuesdays entries in my highlights

I’m biased, but he is just the cutest, always smiling ❤️
I suspect he will spend the day building his new Lego while I’m back working
