Before I began training for my first @ocbofficialpage #mensphysique competition in 2023, I’d never really given too much thought to how my back appeared because I was so intent on improving the front ! My coach @better.over.50 forced me to focus more attention on what we don’t typically see. Between macros to get leaner and consistent back routines I was able to make serious progress. So…me at age 70 versus age 52 (2008). Remember folks it’s never too late #whenim70 #backpose #bicepflex
