Last week was proof of progress.

Proof that consistency compounds.
Proof that showing up matters.
Proof that ordinary people can do extraordinary things with discipline.

To every member who ran 42KM — your journey inspires this entire community.

We celebrate your courage.
We celebrate your growth.
We celebrate YOU.

The goal was sub-4, but the reality was even better😎42.2km of pure brotherhood. The coastal road was a beast, and the concrete tried to stall the engine, but these bros kept the rhythm alive. Finally done brooding over the clock and just appreciating the grit. Cheers to more runs together. 🥂🏃🏾‍♂️
Big shoutout to everyone who participated of facilitated this run and those cheering us for the energy the cheers were the nitrous we needed🔥🔥
@chisomsays @daddygbengs it was really amazing getting to experience this with you and every other person whom we shared the track with.

This was supposed to be a 35km simulation of the @lagoscitymarathon route, then the route was changed.
But it was a solid run nonetheless

Bonked the workout at 24km, but still finished the run at an easy pace

Thanks to the amazing @tunde.fabusola and @chisomsays for providing security and hydration along the way

You can do better 😤🔥
start small, run your pace, don’t stop - It’s You Vs You ⚡️

Special thanks to - @chisomsays & @tunde.fabusola 🫶🏾

⚠️: Always jog against the traffic, we had a guide vehicle with hydration following us on this occasion which prompted moving with the traffic.
