Hi! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcy.amb . We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.amb (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Stoked about @brooksrunning Hype Fest with our #runhappyteam2023 teammates! All of us share a love of running, meeting other runners from around the globe, and of course the amazing gear that Brooks builds for us runners.

While some of us are attending Hype Fest virtually, it doesn’t diminish the excitement we have for connecting with this awesome team and trading great run stories!

We will be cheering on and high-giving each other from across the globe!

@deborahbrooks14 @william.ngo @dadgetsfast @iamsarahkramer thanks for helping make this video a lot of fun!

In 2023 we are taking care of our bodies and our minds. We are reminding ourselves that food is fuel, we are exercising because we enjoy it and not as a punishment, and we are embracing our rest days!

Whose with me? 🙋🏻‍♀️

🌟 This week’s featured dad is David @dadgetsfast. Here's a quick introduction from him! 🔽
••••••••••
👋 Hi, I’m David! I’m from Oregon, where I live with my wife and three kids. I’m a manager at a jewelry store and I’ve discovered a love for running. I’ll be doing the Portland Marathon in October and I’m thrilled! One unique thing about my parenting experience is my oldest daughter’s cancer journey. We’ve seen tremendous victory and we have become unbreakable as a family because of it. I’m blessed to share with you my thoughts about it and experiences with parenting!
•••••••••
➡️ Swipe to read his responses and don’t forget to come back and tell us what you related to and/or learned from David’s story!

Words from one of our ambassadors: “I chose to join up with THREE NAILS because of their love for health and the Gospel. We can glorify God with our bodies as we improve our fitness and enjoy that kind of community. When I wear my THREE NAILS gear, I am reminded of my purpose: to glorify the King.” – David L.
