Meet Jenny Frank (@jennycandy) mother of two and co-founder of @daffodildigital, a boutique SF Bay Area social media agency.

Jenny is a client and friend, an avid traveler and a highly creative human. She is also an Enneagram 2, the Considerate Helper. In true Enneagram 2 form, Jenny is deeply committed to her relationships with her clients and loves leading and mentoring her team. Authenticity and connection are two of her top values.

WHEN I ASKED JENNY THE BEST PART OF BEING A 2, SHE SAID…

⭐️My warm, strong, heart-led energy, and the deep connections I have been able to make. As a 2, I am loving, empathetic, friendly, generous, dependable, and overall a very positive person.
This has served me so well as a business owner and leader - I have had a natural ability to connect and reconnect with people (clients, employees, etc.) and I generally see the best in every situation or person that crosses my path.

AND THE HARDEST PART OF BEING A 2?

⭐️Putting my own needs first. I truly am happiest when I am in some way helping others so burnout can happen more easily. It has taken me years to learn to prioritize myself, but I am proud to say that as a busy working mom and business owner, I have gotten much better at it!
Also, feeling unappreciated is hard for me, especially when I often feel like I give so much. I don’t do it for validation though, so I’m learning to let that go.

HER ADVICE TO BUSINESS OWNERS OR OTHER ENNEAGRAM 2s OUT THERE…

⭐️This is not new advice, but it’s so important for 2s who are juggling a lot in life - you have to put your own needs first, and invest in yourself. That way, you are more equipped to be the best version of a parent, leader, founder, wife, ally, helper, and friend. That means different things for all of us, but I highly suggest having a great coach (Heyy @alimdunn !) and/or a great therapist, and make time to do things that bring you joy and that fill your cup.

Thank you, Jenny! You are an inspiration to us all!

Happy international women’s day! Earlier this week @daffodildigital x @putnam_creative hosted a dynamic group of women creatives, marketers, entrepreneurs in the studio for a community gathering over lessons in mocktail/cocktail mixology from @thecocktailcamp 🍹✨ Love seeing this space filled with community and hands-on creativity of all kinds, thanks to all who joined!

What should we host next in the studio? Do you have an event, workshop or gathering you’d like to host?!
