And that’s how to use our “IN-Buddy” scale. 😂

Keep testing under similar conditions each time will give you the best comparison data for tracking progress.

“Coaches do this for your clients because they will forget!” On the back side of your results sheet is a great place to write down your next testing day and goals moving forward to keep you and your clients on track.

✅✅✅✅✅

💧 Maintain normal fluid intake and use restroom before testing

🕰️ Test at the same time of day every time

🧍‍♂️ stand upright 5-10 minutes before testing

☀️ 🧊 Delay testing for 20 minutes after exposure to heat/cold

❌❌❌❌❌

🧥Avoid wearing heavy clothing, jewelry, socks and lotion.

🍔 Don’t eat atleast 3 hours before testing

☕️ Don’t consume alcohol or excess caffeine 24 hours prior

🏋️‍♀️ Don’t test after/during your workout session

Stay tuned for the next episode on how to read your results and what to do with them.

Without our coaches, massage therapist, clients and members we would just be an empty gym. You guys make RESET what it is today.

Thank you 🙏

The wait is over!

I appreciate everyone’s patience, especially my own lol. It has been a long four months without our treadmill. Some of you may know the backstory, but I’m going to save it.

Running a gym, especially the size that we are fortunate enough to have here at RESET fitness can be a lot of work and the demand can be heavy. But every day we take it one rep at a time and try to do our best to give everyone the best experience, the best community, the best coaches and the best equipment.

Hope you guys enjoy. I know I will.

If you have any questions you know you can always ask.

Time to get RESET!

Big day today for the RESET family. Had the pleasure of being interviewed by PBS KVIE team.

It’s been almost 3️⃣ years since RESET doors have opened. This interview was a good reflection of how this dream became a reality and where I plan on taking this opportunity. We got to highlight our coaches in action with their clients and for me this is very important. As an IPT I use to look for various ways to promote my PT business and if I can share some light to bring more opportunity to the people around me I will do just that. I hope you all enjoyed this as much as I did.

Thank again to those of you that were involved and to all of you that support us along this journey. 👊🏾
