Your boy is officially a marathoner and he can do hard things! 😭❤️🏅

What a privilege it is...

To be able,

To be able to train,

To be able to get to the start line healthy,

To be able to run with heart, mind, and body,

To be able to run in front of the people I love,

To be able to run in good weather and experience an electrifying crowd. ❤️‍🔥

There were a lot of things that went my way and for that I'm forever grateful! ❤️🍀

Sub 4hr marathon in the books, what a race! @towaterfront42k @runcrs 🫶🏻

When 1 in 10 Toronto residents rely on a food bank, and 35% of food bank users hold multiple jobs, we need to do more to address the root causes of food insecurity and unaffordability.

With the team at Daily Bread Food Bank, we discussed long-term solutions to prevent seniors from becoming unhoused, and the need to replace the incarceration of unhoused people with humane, evidence-based solutions.

We need to ensure everyone has access to appropriate food and housing to live with dignity.

Thank you to Neil Hetherington and the entire team at Daily Bread Food Bank for your incredible work.

Nothing like a little friendly competition for a great cause💪🏻

Had a blast going head to head with CEO Neil Hetherington at Daily Bread Food Bank - all in support of Purolator Tackle Hunger and the incredible work happening in our community.

We are back at BMO Field this Friday! Bring a non-perishable food item to the game and help us tackle hunger across Toronto.

I know we’re not supposed to say who we’re voting for and all this blah blah blah @cityofto however I advise all of you people in the downtown ward 13 districts that may hear about choosing healthier action and the Toronto transgender drag queen who is of black Indian latino Caribbean ‘Diaspora’ -roots…

I don’t need to write anything down and no random messed up; Psycho controlled person that sat in a class and did what they were told for their whole life is ever gonna be a community outreach anything ——— in harm reduction or mental health health only the people people who are on site, hands-on experienced individual individuals who have been through the ringer and have experienced @homes_first @dixonhall_toronto @kennedyhouse1971 what goes on in the system and made it out will be able to help all the other struggling people. 💣

@choosinghealthieraction IS THE PHUCK HERE, TO HELP ACTUALLY NOT PRETENTIOUSLY FOR CASH AND social STATUS!!

people dealing with mental health, addictions, homelessness, and lack of access to resources that they should be entitled to as a free Canadian permanent resident, citizens or someone lucky enough to be in a free country like this one…… mark my words….. 🤬

Every year the Glenlake Halloween House fam puts in the work! Just when they decided they need a break, they read that food insecurity is at an all time high, so up the ladder they went!

Our city needs our help! PLEASE bring food🥫, feminine hygiene, baby formula to the Hallowonesie Rally as this will be our first stop!

If you can’t make the ride - the bins are out front at 27 Glenlake Ave…or drop at your local drop point/fire hall..or donate online! 🎃🙏🏼
