Let’s protect the Posterior Shoulder with these 3 movements.

2 sets of 12

Side lying ER- Elbow Connected to hip- Externally Rotate- press up- pronate down- push out-pull elbow back to hip.

Sideways ER- Row elbow back- Externally rotate through wrist

Shoulders Squared ER- Row elbow back- Externally rotate through wrist

Why?
Because we need to be strong here:
* Slow down internal rotation of the arm after release
* Stabilize the shoulder joint
* Protect the labrum and rotator cuff

This group is an absolute blast to be around. Respectful, hardworking, and fully bought in to getting better. Plus…Live reps at every position!! Can’t wait to get back after it on Sunday. Didn’t get a chance to get video of the college girls on the other side of the facility getting their work in! This truly is the best winter break yet! LETS GO! #insidethelinestrainingcenter #baseball #softball #winterbreak

College guys got some live on field indoor BP. Always a good thing to get a chance to get as game as ready as they can before they head back. #baseball #insidethelinestrainingcenter #tbkbanksportscomplex

Live at-bats with the college guys back in town are always electric. The competitive atmosphere is impossible to look away from. The respect they have for one another is unmatched—everyone understanding that, as a group, we’re here to make each other better in the facility and game ready. #insidethelinestrainingcenter #baseball #liveabs #winterbreak

What started as a couple small 3–4 man groups has turned into one big squad.
This throwing group is going to be a fun one to follow. The energy is different, the work is real, and it’s only going to show more when we retest in a few weeks.

Love watching these guys push each other every single session. 🔥#insidethelinestrainingcenter #pitching #baseball #fyp
