Styling day is FUN - flowers, accessories, the final layers coming together.

But it’s always the last step in a much longer design process.

Watch to the end to see where this space began, and the process behind designing and installing the custom bookshelf that brings it all together.

Yoga among flowers. Art all around.

Because wellness isn’t just how we move; it’s also what we surround ourselves with 🧘🏻‍♀️💐🎨

To all the women who nurture in ways both seen and unseen, thank you.

Today, we celebrate the steady hands, soft strength, and everyday beauty of motherhood. With deep gratitude, today and always. 🤍

From one generation to the next, beauty evolves. Trends change. Routines shift. The intention stays the same.

For our Mother’s Day series, “The Beauty We Inherit,” we sat with three generations: Vivien, her daughter Daleet, and Daleet’s daughter Noa. On care, connection, and self-respect, and the kind of beauty that lasts.

It is humbling to actively assimilate another perspective. I understand why people stay with what is comfortable and what they’ve been told. My experience of The Yoga sutras is they give me tools in contrasting pairs -everything balanced-like a scale. I’m wondering why in physical yoga we still think one way, one body shape, one amount of lumbar or shoulder extension is preferable to another? Thank you to my friends that are helping me understand Hot Yoga, and its perspectives. @jellilove @yogimeredith @daleetspectoryoga

2025 began ablaze.

Our city was wounded, but community carried us through.

We traveled. Ojai. Oregon. Sequoia. Big Sur. Miami. Austin. New York. I grounded into my work, my body, my style, my discipline. I cooked, gardened, gathered, and created spaces for healing. Our home filled with food, friends, flowers, and possibility.

I followed the call of water.

Faced fear. Entered the open sea.
Swam with sharks, rays and whales (still not over it).
Returned to myself. Whole. Brave. Awake.
We moved constantly, worked relentlessly, dreamed boldly.

And finally landed in the Valley of the Moon,
held by quiet, reflection, and the winter light.

2026, all I know is that I'm ready for you 🐎

Meet Daleet, the other half of Sanctuary LA.

A yoga instructor and interior designer, Daleet first discovered yoga as a path to healing after an injury.

What began as personal restoration grew into a beloved teaching practice, where she now guides her community to connect with their most authentic selves.

Blending her eye for design with her passion for yoga, Daleet brings a unique artistry to every Sanctuary experience.

Simple. Refreshing. Amazing. All year round we’re sipping on Daleet’s iced tea recipe.

‣ 24 oz boiling water
‣ 2 bags Organic Moroccan Mint Green Tea (Trader Joes)
‣ 2 bags Organic Assam Golden Black Tea (Trader Joes)
‣ 2 Tbl Organic Honey

Steep all the tea bags in a pitcher with water, add honey and swirl. Refrigerate and enjoy. 💛
