Look who showed up this past weekend! 🥹🩵

I’ve really been sitting in GRATITUDE lately. As I continue to walk in my purpose and do what I feel led to do, moments like these remind me why I started. Seeing people show up for themselves, move their bodies, and come together as a community genuinely makes my heart smile! 🥹

THANK YOU to everyone who came out, everyone who continues to support, and everyone who believes in what I’m building. I don’t take any of it for granted! 🤍

And to anyone who doesn’t know where to start on their fitness journey, THIS IS YOUR INVITATION! You don’t have to be in shape, you don’t have to know what you’re doing, and you definitely don’t have to do it alone!

📍 Tom Bass Park, Pavilion 3, Houston/Pearland area
🗓️ EVERY SATURDAY
⏰ 9 AM
💪🏽 FREE group workout followed by a community walk!

Can’t make it in person? You can also join my live virtual group classes!

We’re building more than fitness here. We’re building COMMUNITY, CONFIDENCE, and CONSISTENCY, one Saturday at a time! 💙

Come as you are. Bring a friend. Let’s grow together!

Can you do your best? 💎
