An ode to Indonesia, where pandan and coconut come together in a sweet embrace, and a whisper of chilli adds the fire.
At the heart of it all stands our warrior — Greater Than Gin — layered with pandan leaves, homemade coconut cordial, fresh lemon juice, chilli plum & coconut soda, finished with a garnish of pandan leaf and coconut candy.
Sweet. Aromatic. Refreshing. The perfect sip for summer. 🍹

Every competition starts with a great idea.
Then come the experiments, the arguments, the “one last tweak,” and somehow… we're still making the same drink at 2 AM. 😂

This time, we brought Greater Than together with roasted hojicha, house-made Rosso Vermouth, yuzu and a silky sparkling finish.

There were too many tastings, not enough sleep, and absolutely no shortage of opinions.
Someone said “keep it simple.” We obviously didn't listen.
Someone said “this is the final version.” It wasn't.
And after several questionable decisions… we finally got the glass right. 🥂

The drink is ready.
The team is questionable.
The confidence is completely unjustified. 😂

Namaskar ,we are representing Terra Mayaa for Bar Idol 2026.
Our cocktail name = Tezpur to Tokyo
This cocktail is a story of two places meeting in one glass — Tezpur’s juicy, floral litchi and Japan’s bright, aromatic yuzu.

The smooth botanical character of Greater Than Gin brings them together, while fresh ginger and apple juice add a gentle warmth and crisp sweetness. A touch of almond gives the cocktail a soft, nutty finish, tying all the flavours together.

Inspired by the meeting of Assam and Japan, this drink is floral, citrusy, fresh, lightly spicy, and silky — a simple journey from the orchards of Tezpur to the citrus groves of Japan.
