A huge thank you to my friend Christophe Gentizon for giving me this magnificent Radical Rick book by the amazing artist Damian X Fulton! This book is a very special gift for me because, as a young boy, I was so captivated by the comic strips in Bicross Magazine by the master Yann Renauld, aka "OTB," and by those of the extraordinary artist Damian in BMX Plus magazine. This book compiles 154 Radical Rick episodes. If I draw now, it's largely thanks to these two artists who inspire us so much with their art! Thank you, Zon, for this wonderful gift!

And the icing on the cake: a message from me about Damian and his work on the back cover... truly touching.

I’m excited to share Radical Rick Goes Nowear, another project I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of and a story that brings together BMX history, art, and the incredible community at Nowear.

The film tells the story of Radical Rick, the beloved BMX character created by artist Damian Fulton. After disappearing for nearly two decades, Radical Rick was brought back to life in an unexpected way, and bigger than ever, at The Nowear Compound.

This was filmed by Nate Gasaway, with some additions from me. And I had the opportunity to take everything we captured and bring the story together.

On October 3rd, we’ll be screening Radical Rick Goes Nowear alongside Scooter Boy. I can’t wait to see everyone at this event and share both films!
