Fresca Wood Fired Pizza Marblehead

Margherita “Frescarita” Pizza standard bake, ordered today at 12:45.

I generally tend to think that wood fired pizzas are a bit better later in the afternoon and on busy days when the oven has been rippin’ but this one was phenomenal even mid-day.

True to the formula, nice soft crust with the perfect amount of chewiness. A ton of flavor from that dough, I love it. I love the aromatic basil and that bright tomato sauce. A little bit of flop which is to be expected with Neapolitan but it wasn’t falling apart and I could pick the slices up one-handed.

Looks like an 8.7 from my house. I feel like their pizzas generally range in the 8’s, this one was outstanding. I inhaled this thing.

We had awesome weather this weekend for the Watkins Glen AER 2x8 hour races. PMW Motorsport took the checkered flag today in 1️⃣st 🏆with the final 45 min in the rain. Overall good driving by the other drivers on track. End of weekend it looked like minimal guard rail damage (unlike other events I have been to at WGI) Code 35 really worked well!. Will
Be back again soon!

Big congrats to @precision_motor_werks on their Class 4 win at @americanenduranceracing @nelsonledgesroadcourse
The team runs our semi-metallic endurance package. This required no pad changes through the entire event, test days included. Discs are ready for another full race event and the rear pads should do nearly two more full weekends. #EP1 #RP1H #racecar #clubracing #e46m3 #s54 #enduranceracing #duncansmagicpads #magicracedev

This is one of my favorite photos ever. Chris took it, the photo shows our relentless happiness and drive as a team. Nobody here wants anyone else to win. Badass photo.
