Not my usual content but honestly idc anymore. I miss my husband deeply and its not easy grieving and running a small business. I haven’t been able to work since he passed and idk how to function. Creating is the only thing that helps me even for a little bit. So even though its hard posting and in no means do i need to even share my grief, I dont want to post like before as if I’m not going through hell rn. I am.

With Social media always being about the best parts of life i think its rare to see that a lot of us are going through heavy shit. As much as i want to be positive and light. Im not rn. Real shit. But i want to try when I can to show up and continue. Even if it hurts. I dont have to do any of this. I want to. For him💕🙏🏼

Maybe this is too much to share. Its been hard to work on things with the heavy grief i carry because my husband was a big part of me pushing myself in my small business. He was and is my biggest supporter and it hurts to not show him all the new stuff i’ve been creating…

I know he wants me to keep going and honestly creating is the only thing helping me through the grief. I know most of you see me normally as a happy bean and maybe its unprofessional to show this side of my life but as an artist first ( im not just a sales person) art is created through emotions. Art helps heal, helps deal, and I hope to continue creating when i do summon a bit of energy.

I started this business because i love to create. Not sell… and life is truly tough and i know im not the only one in this boat so sometimes i feel the need to share because social media shouldnt just be rainbows and sunshine and all things good. Sometimes life is tragic and sucks ass….

Yes its true, I was one of those women that feared lifting heavy because i didn’t want to look too masculine but so much goes into play and its a lot harder to do than you think!

Stop lifting baby weights in fear of that because most likely unless you’re truly training to be a bodybuilder, it wont happen 😭😭😭 Just build that muscle and get the “toned” look you’re desiring! And guess what? The more muscle you have the more you need to eat. Thats honestly all i needed to know 🤣
