Everyone says "sales enablement" like it's one document. It's not. It's the case study written so someone actually finishes it. The email that gets opened. The subject line that gets past the delete finger. A list of hooks built specifically for that asset, so nobody's starting from a blank page. Then the part most people skip. A plain spoken version of the whole thing, so when someone's at lunch or on a call and gets asked "so what do you guys actually do," they've got an answer that sounds like them, not a script. And it's not one size fits all. Talking to an engineer gets a different angle than talking to an architect. Same story, different entry point, because what makes it land depends entirely on who's in the room. That's the system. Not a deck nobody opens. A whole toolkit built around one conversation actually happening.

The best positioning doesn't start with the product. It starts with the person's actual life. Not a list of features that are already expected. A circumstance that makes the buyer feel seen and understood. Cleaning was just the entry point. What actually built the connection was making sense for exactly where they are in life. That's positioning done right.

We don't hand you a strategy on day one. We diagnose first. That initial investment is standardized at $5,000. That's the skin in the game, both of ours, to actually dig into what's going on and get honest about a real solution. Should you choose option two or three below? We give you your $5,000 back. (keep reading) Once we know what's broken, we prescribe. "Here's exactly what you need." Then, you get to choose how it happens - three different ways of getting the work done. One, you take it and run with it internally. Two, we split it. You own a lane, we own a lane, we build it together. Three, you hand us the whole thing, start to finish. You can spot bad creative in two seconds. But bad messaging often hides behind good creative, and gets blamed on everything else instead. The harder something is to explain, the more that gap costs you. Technical products don't fail because the tech is weak. They fail because no one engineered a way to make it click in five seconds. That's not a request you fill. It's a skill you apply, on purpose, until the complex thing sounds obvious.

💌 in case this fits for you… recent convos with my therapist: you don’t have to hold all the answers. if you’re not sure what you should be pursuing right now, pursue yourself. pursue becoming the happiest, healthiest, most healed, centered and present version of yourself. if you can get there, the path will reveal itself. 🫶

Sales makes the same mistake marketing does. Find that one OG salesperson - a unicorn! Hand them the whole pipeline and hope it holds. Not sustainable. Not smart. So instead of banking on one unicorn, we built a system. Every month the sales team gets a pitch kit: the hook, the language that actually lands, notes on what to say when you're talking to engineers versus buyers versus whoever else is in the room. Every piece they need, already put together. Sales for dummies, basically. (In the best way.) That's what happens when marketing and sales stop operating like separate departments and start operating like one system. Full episode with Jordan Lally on High Ticket AI Systems, link in bio.

Maren and Hailie recently joined Jordan Lally on High Ticket AI Systems. Here's one key takeaway: A hospital doesn't hire one surgeon and ask them to handle brains, hearts, and knees. They hire specialists for each one. Somehow marketing gets treated differently. One person gets hired and told to run SEO, then pivot to email, then figure out AI search, then whatever's on fire that week. Those are different disciplines. Different skill sets. Different brains, honestly. You don't need a full internal marketing department to get that kind of specialization. You need a central services mindset, where the right specialist handles the right piece instead of one person spinning plates. That's the model. Full episode is live now, link in bio.

Nobody flips from outdated to industry leader because of a new logo. It happens when the strategy and the story stop living in two different departments and start working as one system. That's what we build. Not a deck. Not a vibe. A system that tells your team exactly what to say, to who, and why it matters, every single time. The tactics get to be fun and flashy later. But only after this part is locked. More on how it actually works by tapping the On The Record link in our bio.

No ad spend. No SEO campaign. Just the right positioning. Once the message was clear, the website and content followed it, and the ranking jump was a byproduct, not the goal. Two weeks later, someone in their exact ICP found them by searching for exactly what they do, in the exact city they serve. And we love to see it for our clients over at @ecstechnologysolutions That's what happens when positioning actually reflects who you're for. Google notices. So do the right people.
