Putting my favourite things into one festival, @lovetrailsfestival you didn’t disappoint 😍

The best time with the best people, channelling my inner child, getting in a lot of steps and cider and working on the tan ☀️

Until next year 🏃‍♀️ 🥾 🍻 ⛺️ 🪩 ☀️ 🌊 💃🏻

Second @hyroxuk and couldn’t be happier from where I started the journey. Thanks to @dan_rich81 and to @trentsmithcoaching @tsc.centre for building me to be able to achieve this

Smiling for the friendships, not the running 🤣 no one was looking forward to this, but we showed up and got the job done ✊

And had I realised that I could’ve placed on the leaderboard, I maybe wouldn’t not stopped to take photos along the way 😂 anyway, job done and lesson learned to believe in my capabilities a bit more! 🙌

April so far…. 🌼✨

-feeling truly grateful, this last week has definitely been another test and the people that matter truly have pulled through to keep making sure I’m still smiling!
reminded me what’s real, and I’ll never take that for granted ✨

-& along the way I’m continuing to train for my marathon this year, fitness still my number one goal🫶🏼

Lesson learnt, all else fails keep running 🤟🏽
