What a month. 🫩 I’m exhausted yet fulfilled. So proud of our team for what they accomplished in 2025 - the award we won and hitting 3000 Google Reviews! I’m honored to have met with a bunch of realtors, future realtors, and other small business leaders. You inspire me and I can’t wait to see what 2026 does for your business. I got to spend time with my family, friends, and love so my heart continues to be full. It’s not slowing down anytime soon so I’m taking a breath and getting ready for March! (And apparently I tried to tag too many people and ran out 😬)

Today I’m celebrating that I did the THING! One of the things that we discussed during the #babesrevivalbreak retreat was the recipe to success to achieving your goals - and one of those ingredients is celebrating your wins! I’m so proud of these ladies for investing time into their well-being, showing up ready to connect, learn from each other, and be vulnerable. They have some big goals and I’m so excited to keep cheering them on 🙌 I’m also proud of myself for sticking to it, being flexible, and being willing to problem-solve (especially when Mother Nature decided to throw a fit). Doing something brand new is always hard! I took the time to break this retreat into smaller parts always going back to the intention of why I was doing it (which helped a ton because this was a lot of work)! Don’t forget to celebrate your wins (big or small) it will help you stay motivated towards your goals and reminds you of the progress you’ve already made! 🎉 Let’s celebrate you! In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, four NC-based creative entrepreneurs – Karlie Altherr, Dana Gray, Jessica Trimmer, and Natalie Baker – have joined forces to support disaster relief efforts in Western North Carolina. This region holds a special place in our hearts because of its rich art community, gorgeous views, and the many friends and family we have who call it home. We’ve custom-designed a line of products, including shirts for all ages, slim and classic can coolers, and stickers, with all proceeds, beyond production costs, going directly to three reputable, on-the-ground organizations committed to aiding the recovery. Funds will be distributed weekly to ensure ongoing support as the community rebuilds. Year of the Eight - Story Time… In August 2016, if you had told me that LAE would take me to Alaska, Florida, Arizona, and California to name a few within eight years, I would have looked at you like 😵‍💫. Back then, all I wanted was to create beautiful spaces for those who trusted me with their dreams in HTX. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to publicly thank my Dad, who encouraged me to pursue my dreams even when things got tough. Despite the doubts and challenges, his unwavering support has been a guiding light.
