🇺🇸 ——

For your next competition: Pick one thing you want to improve. Just one.
Before you check the results, ask yourself: Did I achieve what I set out to do?
If the answer is yes, then you succeeded. No matter what the results say. 🧡
It’s not about being better than everyone else. It’s about being a little better than you were last time.

What’s your 1% goal for your next competition? 👇

Sometimes a song comes on and just TAKES OVER. 💜

West Coast Swing isn’t just about the patterns, the footwork, or the competition points - it’s about those RAW MOMENTS where the music takes the wheel, you enter total FLOW STATE, and you get to tell a story without saying a single word. ✨

Dance has given me my PURPOSE, my community, and my HOME. 🧬 Grateful every single day that I get to share this path with all of you.

Ready to find your own expression on the floor? ⚡️

📩 DM me to book a lesson or connect about upcoming workshops!

“Even the Best Fall Down Sometimes” *Yeets Stella* 😭This Trio at Swingtac was so fun and so much laughter! We definitely put on a good show and got to embrace all the dynamics of what makes this trio great!
