----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE DANCE

You are a woman who has a very powerful inner energy; yet this does not flow freely within you, because you live immersed in chaos and confusion, you do not have a goal, you do not have precise goals. Like almost all women, you think a lot, you want a lot of things, but you do nothing to make your wishes come true. You have to practice, understand yourself. Move according to the rhythm of your breath. Keep practicing until you can perform every movement naturally.
This is the preamble to the apprenticeship that will make you a "special woman", a true woman who has been able to find all her power and her greatness. If you want to turn your dreams into reality, you will have to learn to know yourself. The more you know yourself, the closer you will get to what you want to achieve.#sacredwoman #sacredwomanprogram #love #dance #sunset #costarica#nature #beauty #travelphotography

✨ R e - c o n n e c t ✨ If we stop and pay attention, if we really feel and listen with open hearts to Mother Earth, what will we feel?
.
What will we see?
.
How will we be touched?
.
How might it change our relationship to Her and to ourselves? 🌿 🙏🏼 ♥️
.
Our relationship to Pachamama can be likened to how we are in relationship with our own bodies. Our bodies are made of the earth and waters. If we are to be whole we must reclaim and heal our Sacred relationship with her. We are a part of this deep ecology of wellness. How do you take the time to listen? 🌻
.
Practice:
.
Take time to attune yourself to nature regularly in your day and yoga practice. Below are a few prompts to get you started.
.
The 5 great elements according to Ayurveda
Earth (prithvi): bones, body, grounding, stability
Water (jal): blood, fluid, flow, creativity
Air (vayu): breath, space, change, chaos, movement
Fire (agni): digestion, passion, transmutation, transformation
Ether (akash): vast, light, spaces, spirituality ✨
.
Which postures invite stability, fluidity, heat and space in your practice? In which ways can we lean into these qualities within ourselves? .
Please share how you embody an elemental practice. We would love to hear. 💚 🌿
.
We are in our final days of our Pachamama retreat. We’ve co-created 6 days of complete immersion in dance, creative expression, yoga and most importantly presence with the elements and the spirit of nature. It’s everywhere and so palpable here.
.
Thank you to our beautiful circle who are showing up each day with hearts wide open. We can’t wait until our second edition next year in Peru. Dates will be released soon. Will you join us? 😍 .

✨I hope you will go out and let stories, that is life, happen to you, and that you will work with these stories... water them with your blood and tears and your laughter till they bloom, till you yourself burst into bloom. ✨

Welcoming the 3rd morning of our Pachamama retreat in Peru and already we are so deep in discovery and creative expression. This group is powerful, courageous and luminous! Heart explosions everyday. Yesterday we prayed and set strong intentions for healing in a traditional temescal led by a powerful community elder. We are so grateful for this sacred knowledge share and the bounty of this wisdom land.
.
What is one journey that truly transformed you? In which ways did you change? We hope to share your words of experience as droplets of encouragement for others. Please share if you feel inspired 👇🏼💚🌿🔥

Morning view here in the #sacredvalley down in beautiful Peru 🌄🇵🇪 There's a very special energy vibrating through these mountains. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to be down here enjoying an amazing experience curated by @awakenedspirityoga. I'm so grateful to the team at the Float Centre for always holding down the fort whenever any of us feel called to sneak away to re-charge 🙏🌊 Travelling is such a powerful wait to encourage growth and gain some perspective. Sending MUCHO AMOR back home to everyone 💗✨ I'll be (attempting to) stream the raps game tonight if we're out of the Tamascal (sweat lodge) in time 🔥🥵 #pachamama #goraps #floatfam

✨Through empowerment we find wholeness, and through our wholeness we are empowered.✨
.
Where have you experienced deep connection? Transformation? What were you doing in those moments? What were the external causes and conditions?
.
We create retreats and trainings because we believe that setting intentional space to dive into your practice is essential to transformation. It’s also why we keep group sizes small, to allow connections to really bloom and a deep sense of empowered wholeness to be felt and witnessed in the eyes of each other. Doing this work together is what lifts us up!
