Kinda chic to do dance a little differently 💅✨

A place where kids can grow in confidence, feel like they belong, and fall in love with dance along the way. 🩷

Yeah… we think that’s pretty chic. 🪩

Black History Month Pop-Up Series ✊🏾🖤

This February, we’re proud to host a special Black History Month Pop-Up Series, honoring the Black artists, cultures, and movement styles that continue to shape the dance world as we know it.

To honor and highlight Black voices, we will only be using music by Black artists in all classes throughout the month. Each class celebrates the roots, innovation, and influence of Black dance forms—inviting dancers to learn, move, and connect with intention.

✨ Pop-Up Classes Offered: ✨

Pom Fusion | Wednesday, 2/4 at 5:30pm with DeAsura
- A high-energy class blending sharp pom technique with jazz and hip-hop influence. Expect strong lines, precision, and musicality—set to powerful Black artists who bring confidence and impact to every count.

Popping & Animation | Thursday, 2/12 at 6:30pm with Logan
- Dive into foundational popping techniques and animated movement inspired by funk styles. This class focuses on control, musicality, and storytelling—honoring the roots of street dance culture.

Afrobeats | Tuesday, 2/17 at 6:30pm with Allie
- A vibrant, rhythm-driven class celebrating movement from the African diaspora. This class emphasizes groove, grounded movement, and joyful expression while dancing to Afrobeats artists shaping global culture today.

Break & Flow | Thursday, 2/26 at 7:30pm with Devante
- A freestyle-based class using breaking-inspired movement to expand your flow, creativity, and exploration. Learn how to transition between power, groove, and floorwork while developing your own movement voice.

🤎 Whether you’re here to train, explore, or simply celebrate — you belong in this space. Come be a part of honoring the culture, the history, and the artists who continue to move us forward.

This series is about education, appreciation, and celebration—and recognizing the impact Black artists and communities have had, and continue to have, on dance.
