As I start my final semester @sdsudanceprogram and head into my senior capstone process, I think about the capstones I had the pleasure of being part of last year.

This was a life-changing experience for me, and I can’t believe it’s already over! I’ve been so honored to get to work alongside some of the most talented creatives and genuinely kind humans. Together, we had the privilege and responsibility of telling stories that don’t always get told, of sparking conversation, of culminating connection and healing by feeling our feelings out loud.

Leading up to rehearsals, I was enduring some vocal health issues that made me wonder if I’d even be able to deliver, but some things are just meant to be because, with proper rest, care, and a lot of dedication, I was able to accomplish a big and wonderful thing! I’m so freaking proud of myself, and I can’t wait to do more ASAP! Also, I’m beyond grateful for all the friends/family who were able to make it to the show (some even returned multiple times)! I didn’t get pics with everyone, but you know who you are. Having your support has meant everything to me.

Congratulations, cast and crew of Karaoke Dreams! 🎤🎼💃🏻🪩🫒
