Fall can be a great time to practice yoga as the season naturally invites us to slow down, reset, and create steadier routines. As the days get shorter and schedules shift, yoga can support mobility, strength, balance, and stress relief while giving you intentional time to recharge.

Yoga can help you stay active as the weather cools, ease stiffness from spending more time indoors, and bring a little calm into a busy season.

✨ MEET OUR TEACHERS ✨

We are so excited to welcome this incredible group of teachers, facilitators, musicians, healers, and creatives to the 2026 Big Bear Yoga Festival! 💙🏔️

Each person brings their own unique gifts, wisdom, experience, and heart to the mountain—and together they create the magic that makes this festival so special.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll have opportunities to experience yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda, mantra, sound healing, live music, creative workshops, nature-based practices and so much more.

We may not be able to tag every single one of our amazing teachers in this post, but we are SO grateful for each and every person sharing their gifts with our community this year. 💙

Come learn, move, breathe, connect, create and celebrate with us!

You will end up with life long friends. I promise. It might even be a whole community, not just a friend!! That's what happened to me. I went alone, had zero expectations and ended up with an entire community that is family!!! I'm still accepting volunteers. Please share with your community and become one of ours. Comment COMMUNITY and I'll DM the registration link to you.

This weekend our Big Bear Yoga Festival leadership team had the opportunity to experience the magic of Joshua Tree Music Festival, and what a beautiful reminder of why gatherings like these matter so deeply.

We danced beneath the sky, laughed until our cheeks hurt, connected with incredible humans, soaked in creativity, and felt the medicine that happens when people come together with open hearts.

Experiences like these inspire us and remind us that festivals are so much more than events — they are spaces where connection is created, joy is remembered, and community becomes family.

Thank you for sharing your magic and inspiration with us. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. 💛
